Between Humanity
Between Humanity is a story driven novel which takes you on a journey into a potential future that borders on dystopia. Set just five years ahead, you, as the protagonist, were just an ordinary student until one day you wake up in a hospital room.
All memories of why you ended up there are blurred in the depths of your mind. But as soon as you try to go back to your daily life, you realize that something is fundamentally different. You are invited to live in your best friend's house, where you will also be sharing the space with her mom and her twin, each of whom has their own set of problems and daily struggles. What could possibly go wrong with that?
With every decision you make, you not only change your own life but also that of your friends and loved ones. It's in your hands which game you want to play.
Features
- Choices: It's your playthrough! You can decide how you want to interact with the characters. Are you in a bad or good mood? Choose you answers based on whatever you like.
- High Quality: Enjoy scaled-down 8k renders / 4k animations for the best possible quality at the lowest size.
- Variation: On average, only 1-2 sentences per image, and most decisions lead to different image sequences.
- Smartphone: Access additional information about every interactable character you meet on your journey, design your phone (even with custom background images), explore at the calendar, use the jokes app, and anticipate more features in future updates!
- Statistics: Track every sexual / non-sexual encounter (currently available at the end of each playthrough, with a convenient app coming in future updates!).

I’m really hoping Chapter 4 drops before GTA 6 lol
Since GTA 6 won't come for PC yet, I'm pretty certain I'm quicker. ;-)

Sadly, I can't really help you out with this since for me and most other people it's working just fine. I have little room for code adjustments here since most of the web environment where the game is running it out of my reach :(. Can't you download the PC/Mac/Android version and play that one? Maybe try another browser, for me it works just fine in Chrome, I only had issues when using Safari.
The Lucy you drew is very similar to the girl in my memory. I was immediately attracted when I first met Lucy. This is the first visual novel I have encountered, and I was truly shocked. But now I don't want to watch anything else. I just want to wait for your update. However, when I read your diary, I feel it's a huge project and it seems there's still a long way to go until the next update. Finally, this comment of mine was translated into English using a translator. If there are any inappropriate parts, I apologize.

Just downloaded version 0.3.3 yesterday ( this is my first time playing this game ), and I haven't finished chapter 1 yet, but I'm loving everything so far. Bonus points for having Impregnation in the game ( I saw it in the options ). Well, I will now go back to the game.

Good question, I have no idea how itch's algorithm works, but my version 0.3.3 is out for over a year now. If it would've any bad code pieces, people would've already mentioned it and to be honest, I'm not the person to put any shit into my game.

Very well done game. It has potential to become a masterpiece because it has great character distinction. You're actually able to feel a connection with each character interaction regarding their personality traits. Good motion dynamics, different angles between dialogue, musical context, and smooth intercourse scenes.

Between Humanity is an absolute 10/10 of a game. It has an interesting story(WHO TF IS LILITH???), amazing cg animations and let's not ignore the amazing full on animation it has. There's a lot more, and I can see that this is really made with love and passion, containing memes and full on games!
The devs really put their effort onto this game, I enjoyed finishing it and would love to see more of the storyline as it progresses, it's cool too to see there's a sfw option, really cool!
This game receives a 10/10 from me, not just because I joined the scenes, no no no(maybe), but because of the story it holds, it keeps you grounded in a way that you can enjoy, it keeps you wondering what, who and why it is happening. I recommend everyone to try this for yourself because the lore is genuinely good.
Really great game, I've played it for over 10 hours now and tried out different ways. If you need help with the German translation, I would help (hopefully I don't need any prior knowledge of pogramming)

The game's narrative is quite well-constructed. Although it hasn't hit its peak yet, it shows a lot of promise. I’m particularly fond of the trio—Chloe, Lucy, and Anya—as well as Jane; they all have great designs and unique personalities. The animations are fluid, with no major flaws. Furthermore, the in-game music is well-placed. Overall, the game is well-executed and polished. I'm eager to see how the plot develops

Anyone have luck running this on Renpy Pocket? RP says it supports 8 engine games but this is the only one I’ve had any issue with :( and everyone loves it, it’s killing me! Lol

Hey, When the update of 0.3.4 ?
0.3.4 would be a bugfix release with Chapter 3 content. Next planned update is 0.4 with Chapter 4 content! :) I'm targeting end of August / early September currently.
Ik the game is still early on but I was wondering about the cast like who appears on the phone and who the MC interacts with? How many of them count as LI? Would others like Jade, Larissa or Alice potentially count?
Also, what about characters that have scenes already? Venus was pretty interesting but I really like Amber too. Is she gonna be a main LI or just a side one?
All of them are LIs, tho at the moment I'm not sure about Larissa, I currently don't see a potential path for her, that's why I also removed her from the monthly renders list. There will definitely be some side LIs, mostly main though. The game will solve this sooner or later. Amber is definitely not a side LI, she had more screen time than some other characters so far ;-)

1) Which girl is your favourite one, considering the thumbnail of the game I would say that it's Venus ( my top 1 are Lucy and Venus both of them are incredible. Venus having the most beauty and Lucy having the best personality)
2) why didn't you decide to release the WHOLE game at once? ( We have to wait for chapters sadly)
Hey there! Regarding the Discord link issue, it is still valid. You need to age verify your account to join adult servers. Had some guys with that issue before and this seem to usually work. Just double checked, last person who joined the Discord was 20 minutes ago.
1) I try to not have a favorite girl, that wouldn't suit the developer ;-). Everyone has their own favorite aspect for me!
2) Mostly because making a game this size takes a lot of time.
I’m working on the game alongside a full-time job, and even getting close to 4 chapters took around 3 years (I had some real life issues to overcome, though).
The full story is planned to be much bigger, likely 10 - 15+ chapters, so waiting until absolutely everything is finished would mean people wouldn't see anything for a very long time.
Releasing in chapters also helps me stay motivated and lets me see what people enjoy (it was crucial to see if people enjoy the game at all), what works, and what could be improved before I continue building the rest of the story. Community feedback early on is really valuable and helps shape future content!
And on top of that, continued support helps make ongoing development more sustainable over time.
I know waiting for chapters can be painful, stay strong :C !!!
