Between Humanity takes you on a journey into a potential future that borders on dystopia. Set just five years ahead, you, as the protagonist, were just an ordinary student until one day you wake up in a hospital room.
All memories of why you ended up there are blurred in the depths of your mind. But as soon as you try to go back to your daily life, you realize that something is fundamentally different. You are invited to live in your best friend's house, where you will also be sharing the space with her mother and sister, each of whom has their own set of problems and daily struggles. What could possibly go wrong with that?
With every decision you make, you not only change your own life but also that of your friends and loved ones. It's in your hands which game you want to play.

i see harem is planned, and multiple endings, does that mean solo Li routes are available? also looking forward to pregnancy being planned :D
That would be cool to implement and it's on my list, but only for the main girls. You probably will have to commit to a LI at some point and therefore lose the path to the remaining LIs, so it wouldn't be to hard to implement.
Not sure how I want to do pregnancy content yet, there are some options, but the future will show! :)

So...Yeah...I have Great Expectation for this game. I have played a handful of VN, lost count of how many, on Itch , with just One chapter I am hooked. This game has hooked me like Eternum did and I hold Eternum as Top VN, the writing, the jokes, the growing cast of girls, the mystery that gives me some Serial Experiments Lain vibes. I love how actions you do and the things you say shape the character, a lot of VNs have the whole "your choices matter thing" but while playing this one it did feel like there were choices and they were shaping the story.
I fell in love with it when I realized at the start that just doing different things in the "tutorial" had different dialogue and scenes, that just showed me from the start that a lot of thought, love, and care is going into this game and I am here for it!

A great start, where it seems like your choices will matter, and you can choose which relationships to pursue. Not that much content yet, even with a few different paths.
I am interested to see where the story goes, and hope the creator continues it with the same great quality that's been shown us so far.

Just started but loving it. You had me at the choice, "Show me more of the cruel world..." Just the statement alone. MC is pretty ugly though, lol. Anyway, good job.

Sure, I try to respond whenever I can! Also did make the MC a little bit weird looking when you look in the mirror at the beginning, to reflect his hospital stay. Maybe it'll be better later one, can't guarantee it, though.
I have finished multiple play throughs. I got my saves divided up with a perfect route and alpha male route (for the submissive ones)the clickables are extremely well hidden and can only find 16-18. not sure what the playthough counter is for. I got all the girls in the green with the exception of Jane on the alpha male route. naomi was 100 affection and 100 submission but for some resaon Jane is 14 affection and 100 submission.
I really enjoyed playing it and have a theory whats happening based on the glitches. the fun will be if I'm right in the later updates! as for recommendations, I got none so far since its already pretty well thought of and rendered!

There are 18 glitches in total, so you're good! The playthrough counter is for the current playthrough like one "nice guy" run and the overall counter is the "nice guy" run combined with for example a "bad guy" run.
My thoughts with Jane were, that you need to convince her to be more submissive, which why she doesn't like your decisions at first.

ah that makes sense now, kept pondering those things. Thanks for the intel! And yeah it was fun. I think I played the variant like 7 times to find all the glitches and pick the ending for each choice until i came up what i was satisfied with
so I gotta say, damn I love this title! The renders have a great bit of detail and love shown! The girls are gorgeous! Granted I'll admit I just finished version 1.1 and came here to write my review and saw 1.5 which I'll be hitting next.
Question, will there be male/male content? Simons cute and would make quite the cute femboy with a collar or is it just girl/girl and male/girl?

Thank you! 0.1.5 is a rewrite of the existing text, so no "new" renders, but still new content to a degree.
There will not be male/male content, I agree that Simon is cute though!
It will be just some girl/girl if you leave toggle on and mostly mc/girl. :)

I'll be honest, not alot of male/male content out there at lease the ones of my tastes and theres no problem with that if others are against it or not bothered by it. As far as what can be improved, its honestly still a bit early to give any feedback, I kinda wanna see where it leads. though the way the girls are submissive towards the MC gives me master/pet/slave vibes and harem vibes definitely coming from your title.
I have enjoyed version 1.1 but the end where I found i missed some things will push me into 1.5 to see if I can do better and where it leads.
your title shows great potential and makes me excited to wait for the next update!

There's a bug with stat counting if you roll back into an event that gets counted. It adds extra to the counter.

The variables I use for saving the event should be rolled back as well, I tested that multiple times. Can you describe the way you went to get this conclusion?

Not sure if I'm looking at it right. If before the Anya/Jane fork counts, then I'm somehow missing an encounter with Naomi. If not, then I somehow got an extra point for Naomi when I went through Jane's run.
First did Anya path to the end. Then did Jane path at the fork to the end, skipping the "seen" dialog but selecting all the same choices and clicking on the glitches. When I got to the stats, I noticed that Naomi's number was a 3 for "all playthroughs". It counted her twice in the Jane run, but only once in the Anya run.
Edit: The "raw" counter is at 2 points in the Jane run, but the "potential" has only 1 point. On the Anya run, it's 1 and 1.
It might depend on how you finished the last sex scene with Naomi. There is a big difference when you choose the first option over the other two options (if you get to choose the first option at all). I'll investigate it nonetheless.
Accidentally edited out a part from above: After the scene with Naomi, I had to scroll back to click the clickable. I think I might've popped back into the choice at the end too (picked the top option each time).
Wish I could be more precise of what happened, but I wasn't looking for bugs and didn't notice the inconsistency until the very end.
The rollback could probably have caused it, yes. I check for rollback during the Naomi scene and may have prevented the rollback of certain stats. Will be fixed in 0.2 (most likely, heh).

Thank you for the report! I fixed it but I can't roll out an easy fix for it. If you select "Drunk" instead of "Ugly" when you get asked how you remember Jane, the error will not occur and it will not negatively impact the story.

I made an account just to say I really like this game, and to follow for updates. Phenomenal content, and I cannot wait to see more. Love the characters and am itching to learn more about the story. I missed all of the clickables so now I have a reason to play through it again.

I will be honest, I didn't expect a lot as there has been an overload of Honey Select games coming out these days. With various quality.
But to be even more honest, your game surprised me a lot. Though the basic premise is somewhere between Eternum and My new memories, the way you have created it and develop the characters, is very good. I really love it.

Amazing work so far. love the amount of interaction especially with the phone even though some things buttons don’t do anything (yet?). I love the story so far and the H-scenes are pretty good as well so keep it up. now on to the critique, don’t worry nothing too major.
1, The English Grammar is somewhat bad at some if not most times throughout the story.
2, Flashing visual glitches mainly when using the phone or any hardcoded events using the phone.
3, No way of seeing character stats i.e. (Affection, Submission and other stats) unless you get to the end of Chapter 1.
4.I believe TheRealArma has told you the remaining problems so I wont list them as I’m sure you are already aware.
Other then these four problems the game is very good and you can expect my support and feedback moving forward. Have a great rest of your day/evening/night and I hope my little humble review helps you fix some minor issues.

1. I'm aware of this issue, and I've already made significant textual corrections in version 0.1.1 (although I'm not sure which version you played). Rest assured, I'll continue to work on improving this aspect.

The framework used in the game isn't created by me, as you can see in the game credits, but I'll certainly investigate it!

Find it hard to believe that this is your first game with how good things are. For starters the story is interesting and kind of makes me regret checking this out when there's only one chapter available, I didn't want it to end just yet!
The renders and lighting are also great! Usually the first few chapters of some games have a little too much bloom or characters look as though they're made of plastic or something. I didn't notice anything like that though.
Ontop of all that, the characters all actually feel different, too often do games come out where everyone looks different but all seem to have the same personality and mannerisms.
As though all that isn't enough, the options menu gives more options than the vast majority of VN's I follow! Off the top of my head, I think the only comparable one is Stormside. I do kinda wish there was also a little audio cue for the Glitches when you have the hint option enabled, they can be easy to miss at times. Though, I did find 75% of them so I suppose I can't complain too much.
Some minor things I noticed during my play through:
I think that something was accidentally overlooked during the intro.
Lucy mentions that she was surprised she was one of MC's emergency contacts when he set them up when buying his new phone. Then shortly later Lucy notes how when he was found after the accident his phone was broken.
If his phone was broken the hospital staff wouldn't be able to access his emergency contacts, right? Unless he listed them as one to the doctor to have on file themselves after an appointment or something.
When Lucy, Anya and MC are sitting down to eat pizza and MC talks about repaying them Lucy is the one speaking but the render is of Anya with her mouth open to speak.

To be honest, I personally believe that my later scenes look a bit better than the first ones. I started with the first scene and improved as I progressed, which reflects my growing experience over the scenes, but that's my opinion on it. :)
I hope to start working on Chapter 02 next week! An audio cue for the hints is a perfect suggestion – I can't believe I didn't think of it myself. It should be something very subtle, but I think it will find its way onto my Trello board. Thank you very much for the idea!
Regarding the minor issues you've mentioned, I'm genuinely impressed that you've noticed these details. You must have a keen eye for every little aspect of the story. I'll take a closer look and make the necessary fixes.
