Idk if this is a bug, but when i entre the gallery, click a scene, it only shows the picture of the scene and not the scene itself, although there is a video icon on at the corner of the scene's image.

I have a question about Alice: How do you stay on her path if you have lesbian content enabled? Because, the only way to unlock her scene, and by extension, start Amber's path, is also the way that loses Alice's path. Will there be a way for Michael to make things right with her in future chapters or something?
Also, I thought of another question while typing out the previous one: What does the purple line (I forget what it's called. ☹) do? The one you get with Naomi by just playing the game, and the one you can get with Jane if you choose "Try a slightly more dominant approach." What does it do?
I'm asking these 'cause it's been a while since I've played this game, as I've been focused on My Bully is My Lover and Sicae lately. So, I've forgotten some of the mechanics for this game, and I want a refresher for 0.4. I'm doing the same thing with Eternum in preparation for 0.9! 😃
Didn't really figure this all out yet, but Alice will only be available when you do Amber content. She's not a main LI. Since I don't want to split up branches too much I'll have them as great friends or benefriends and the content will be the same, except for the sexual interaction between them, which will only be happen if MC is on board if you turn the lesbian content off.
The purple bar is my approach at offering a more dominant route with two predefined characters (Naomi and Jane) :)
So, just to clarify, if you keep the game in it's default settings, where lesbian content is on, Alice's path is guaranteed to get axed, and there's no way around it unless you're also willing to lose Amber? Am I right on that?
And that makes sense, I probably should've figured that, haha. How will it make a difference in the long run?
Not really sure what "to get axed" means in this context, but MC will be on her path either way. Just the interactions between Amber and Alice will not be there at all. I try to get those paths to blur together anyway to reduce the workload later on.
Long run isn't planned so far yet, at least not for Alice.

Genuinely sad, as "Between Humanity" left me feeling disappointed, 🙁.
Not only was I unable to detect any spelling mistakes 😯🤔, but was enjoying B.H.'s narrative when I abruptly slammed into Chapter 3's "Currently the End" screen 😢. I was lost & unhappy, especially after having bought in the characters, story & animation.
Also, I most definitely hadn't binge-played my way into the aforementioned "End" screen 😏, nor immediately checked itch, for update info.
When someone recommended "Between Humanity" I went into it with an option mind, but never expected it to become a personal favourite 🙂🫡! Great job, I look forward to whatever comes next, cheers!

Saw this and went "eh, it's free, what the hell" and by the time I got to the end I was very surprised at how good this was. Pretty good characters, excellent renders/animation, and the slow-burn "hang on what's going on out there" story has got me quite interested.
misc. thoughts: -Lucy is a precious little muffin and I want to squeeze her. -I hope Naomi gets more depth to her character -The chapter endings' counter for discovered clickables could use a "Here's how many were in this chapter" bit -I'm excited to see where the worldbuilding continues to go!

Just started the game and have to say I'm sending a lot of time just listening to the music. It's nice! The gameplay itself is cute, pretty good for a first try. Enjoying it so far, something to while away the hours when insomnia strikes as it often does while in pain. Resisting the urge to look up walkthroughs for now.

Yes, but it's not included in a h-scene nor is it easy to reach and on top it's just one spank. Most of the relationships with the girls aren't developed enough to justify those kinks, yet.

Ah, gotcha! It works for android as well, you just need to place it at a rather specific location which is /Android/data/com.dbpanda.betweenhumanity/files/game/ :) just put the walkthrough.rpyc inside this folder and you're good to go!

But can you make the save location in a more accessible place in android, like a separate folder under Ren'py just like some other games do. It makes saving runs and accessing save files easy. Right now I can only see where the save files are in the Android/data/ folder but can't even copy them somewhere else to safe keep for future use. So can you please do something about this.
Hey! There is a (rare?) RenPy bug when loading a save file: 'StoreModule' object has no attribute '_history_list'. Restarting the game seems to work for now, but I'm preparing a new 0.3.2 release with bugfixes and a newer RenPy version which fixes this bug, but since it's a new version from RenPy, it need some more testing before I want to release it.

Muicho texto! Brincadeiras à parte, a obra é muito bem feita em todos os aspectos — enredo, cenas e desenvolvimento dos personagens.
Maaaaaaas, se continuar com esse preciosismo, só lá pelo capítulo 50, com mais de 100 horas de jogo, é que o protagonista vai conseguir come geral.
Tirando as FMC principais que pelo andar da carruagem vai ser só no capítulo 10, depois de longas, longas horas de jogo.
E as cenas mais quentes têm a duração de alguém precoce. Uma viagem muito longa para uma recompensa fraca. Fora isso, quando finalizar o projeto — provavelmente lá por 2030 (kkkkkkkk) — eu volto para avaliar positivo.
Muito obrigado! Realmente tem um pouco mais de diálogo, mas eu gosto assim. Vai fazer com que cada relacionamento pareça mais real e íntimo. É só o começo do jogo, o protagonista não é um ator pornô — ele ainda precisa aprender as coisas. (E eu também preciso aprender a animar cenas de sexo de forma adequada e satisfatória. É um processo de aprendizado, e eu não ganho o suficiente com o jogo pra sair comprando animações como a maioria dos desenvolvedores maiores faz.)
O projeto é excelente pela qualidade e esforço que tem. Da para ver que tudo que foi feito teve um esforço e dedicação absurda, mas por conta disso, vai atrasar o projeto demais. É um dilema complicado para se ter, ainda bem que não sou você (kkkkkk)

Anya's necklace, Lucy's shyness, and Chloe's work attire. It could be a coincidence, but I'm taking it as a homage; these little references are to one of the greatest AVN's on Itch, Cosy Cafe. In future chapter's I can only hope harem-building is done just as well as it is in Cosy Cafe.

The Walkthrough mod will become publicly available on April 14th and it will display the ideal path with colored answers :) It's basically the Walkthrough PDF but installed in the game directly. You can add it on phone, it needs to be placed in the "/Android/data/com.dbpanda.betweenhumanity/files/game/" folder :)
MC is a 19 year old student, lol. Check his characters stats on the phone app. :D Simon just turned 18 but looks quite young, too young for a serious MC imo.
I wanna say, even if it's not my cup of tea, massive props to you. You're doing an amazing job, not only with the animations but the story and writing get better progressively. Best of luck with this massive project :)

I downloaded both the game and mod. But can't figure out how to make the mod work?
You need to place the .rpyc file inside "Between-Humanity-0.3.1-pc/game/" :) then it'll automatically work in-game.

Hey! There is a (rare?) RenPy bug when loading a save file: 'StoreModule' object has no attribute '_history_list'. Restarting the game seems to work for now, but I'm preparing a new 0.3.2 release with bugfixes and a newer RenPy version which fixes this bug, but since it's a new version from RenPy, it need some more testing before I want to release it.

Muicho texto! Brincadeiras à parte, a obra é muito bem feita em todos os aspectos — enredo, cenas e desenvolvimento dos personagens.
Maaaaaaas, se continuar com esse preciosismo, só lá pelo capítulo 50, com mais de 100 horas de jogo, é que o protagonista vai conseguir come geral.
Tirando as FMC principais que pelo andar da carruagem vai ser só no capítulo 10, depois de longas, longas horas de jogo.
E as cenas mais quentes têm a duração de alguém precoce. Uma viagem muito longa para uma recompensa fraca. Fora isso, quando finalizar o projeto — provavelmente lá por 2030 (kkkkkkkk) — eu volto para avaliar positivo.
Muito obrigado! Realmente tem um pouco mais de diálogo, mas eu gosto assim. Vai fazer com que cada relacionamento pareça mais real e íntimo. É só o começo do jogo, o protagonista não é um ator pornô — ele ainda precisa aprender as coisas. (E eu também preciso aprender a animar cenas de sexo de forma adequada e satisfatória. É um processo de aprendizado, e eu não ganho o suficiente com o jogo pra sair comprando animações como a maioria dos desenvolvedores maiores faz.)
O projeto é excelente pela qualidade e esforço que tem. Da para ver que tudo que foi feito teve um esforço e dedicação absurda, mas por conta disso, vai atrasar o projeto demais. É um dilema complicado para se ter, ainda bem que não sou você (kkkkkk)
Continue firme e forte meu mano! O que tu fez é ouro se comparado a um monte de tranqueira que o pessoal vende. E isso sendo de graça até o momento. Aliás, tem planos para lançar na Steam futuramente?

这款游戏真的很棒，我也自学过一些renpy的作，能感受到作者编程的水平有多高。高丰富度手机程序、时不时出现的可点击元素，以及几个小游戏，都在刷新我对于编程的认知。作者对于人物和场景的渲染水平也很高，人物的动作、表情都非常符合个性。这是我在玩过如此多的视觉小说以后，第一款在操作上让我眼前一亮的游戏，简直就是一款史诗级的视觉小说。
但是前三章的故事有点无聊，我没有感觉到人物与主角之间的的戏剧化冲突，也不知道为什么女孩们要喜欢主角，这就导致了剧情上有些无聊的问题。例如安雅在剧情里让人喜欢不起来，因为她表现得太热情了，玩家们根本不知道为什么她这么热情，对于人物的铺垫太少了，没法真正去共情、去理解角色的行为，这就让安雅看起来很“廉价”。而露西是我认为塑造的比较好的角色，一个保守又温柔的女孩，让人想要爱护，保护她，但玩家也还是不明白为什么露西会如此迷恋主角，所以我认为还是要加大对于女孩性格，经历，与主角的过往这方面的塑造，让玩家和心仪的女孩成为“熟人”，才能让剧情引人入胜。
总之，我非常期待这款游戏能够发展下去直到完结，我个人也希望主角能够和露西恩爱到白头，也期待好兄弟西蒙和银发女孩能有一段良缘（PS:一脚把马库斯踢到黑洞里的剧情真的让我哈哈大笑），祝愿作者身体健康，游戏越做越好。----来自中国的粉丝

The Walkthrough mod will become publicly available on April 14th and it will display the ideal path with colored answers :) It's basically the Walkthrough PDF but installed in the game directly. You can add it on phone, it needs to be placed in the "/Android/data/com.dbpanda.betweenhumanity/files/game/" folder :)

MC is a 19 year old student, lol. Check his characters stats on the phone app. :D Simon just turned 18 but looks quite young, too young for a serious MC imo.
