I played the game before and save the progress, then when i download the game again my progress gone. I thought like some other games they save the the progress in the files of the phone. I don't know is this game has the or not , i use Android btw.
Hey there! Unfortunately I have no experience with phone saves, Ren'Py documentation isn't giving me any further info about this either. Might have to ask other devs how they're doing it. When I update my test build on my android device, I still have every save available. :/

Édit : Comme l’a dit v_vld, si tu as déjà utilisé un pack de langue sur Android, il faut le supprimer, car les langues sont maintenant incluses dans le jeu de base !
I had an exception as well (maybe the same). It was related to the Russian language pack. Once I deleted /Android/data/com.dbpanda.betweenhumanity/files/game/tl/<language> directory, game started to work again.
Try to remove French localization in that directory.
Tried to update and it didn't work. It says it updated, but then if I click "manage" in itch app, it says it needs to install still. Clicking "install" gives a rather lengthy encrypted error message. Then, it reverts back to saying it needs an update. Looked into it further, it is not allowing me to install the non-4K version for PC. Even clicking on the non-4K download via the downloads section sends me to the install screen for the 4K one.
Sorry to hear, I've deactivated the 4k version for now. Hopefully this will fix the issue. I've used the butler app to upload the versions this time. I would expect it to focus on them first though.
Edit: found the issue, the window/Linux file didn't get set as win/linx after the upload. Should be fixed now! Thanks for letting me know :)

Im loving this game and the story is great, however, im really sorry to ask but please could you put a warning before the dad scene? it sounds really stupid but my dad also died when i was little and ive just had a literal mental breakdown im really sorry that i sound like an idiot, it is late so maybe its just that.

Yes there is quite some new stuff. Do you have an earlier save that you can load by chance? It's been tested by multiple people and it should work. In the main menu it says 0.3.1? Also if it still doesn't work, would be nice to get the save game file over on discord :)
I actually did open an older save but the same thing happened so I am just going tru the whole game again, and I think there are a few new things but not sure, I´ll comment again once I pass the end of the previous version

Eh, i just rolled back to before the error (which resolves the inability to reopen it) before saving. Definitely looking forward to seeing what's in there, though! ^_^
Love this game! Definitely one of my favorites! Truly excited for more content!!! Especially with Naomi abd Ms. Tailor lol oh and the twins and amber... okay I'm just excited for more content plus the story is so captivating... BUT WHY THE MAJOR CLIFFHANGER -INTERNAL SCREAMING- I NEED TO KNOW WHAY HAPPENS NEXT LOL
I'm not far into the game but I'm still blown away by it, unlike many other AVN's this one makes use of many unique features, the amount of dedication. I also enjoy the art its top tier, I'm excited to fully play this game, and I think I'll be adding it to my list of AVN's I follow. If you're reading this I think you should do the same!
Hey @DebatingPanda i wanna know if you could make Between Humanity run smoothly on weaker phones, im using a phone with 4gb ram and well sometimes atleast in the sex scenes they tend to get a bit laggy and some instances crashes atleast for me. Thank you if you ever read this and also i wanna say keep up the amazing work i can tell how much love and dedication you put your work into:)
Hey! I am aware of 4 animations which have a new but less performant codec (which makes them require better hardware to run). I've switched back to the old codec for 0.3, it should run smoothly as well. Let me know if the new version runs smoothly for you once I released it! I had the same issue so I downloaded the update from the itch site and installed it into the games files on my PC and is working fine.
Sorry to hear, I've deactivated the 4k version for now. Hopefully this will fix the issue. I've used the butler app to upload the versions this time. I would expect it to focus on them first though.

Found a bug, don't know if it's specific to the Android version (0.2.1), but when I tap on the calendar app in the smartphone I get a Ren'py error:
If I click on Ignore, the smartphone immediately closes, and then I can no longer open it again by tapping on it.

How does the Walkthrough-Mod works?
You need to extra the contents into the Between Humanity folder, then it'll automatically work in-game and display the ideal choices in green color.
